– Businesses that can not avail this service?

We do not offer this service to established businesses and organizations that generate annual revenue of $1 million or above. We have separate website design packages for them here.

– Are there any long-term contracts?

No. You can cancel your monthly website plan anytime without any additional fee. However, we would appreciate if you could give us a one-month notice before canceling the service and leaving us forever.

– Will my website design be unique or template based?

It depends. We offer both; custom development as well as using/customizing ready-made website themes and templates. But since we take pride in our professional web design services and we strive to deliver only the best results to our clients, we offer minimal custom features with all plans; even if it’s a customized website plan.

– What website features can I expect in my rental plan?

Website features may vary. We have different plans which offer basic and semi-advance features. Just to give you the basic idea of what type of websites you can expect in our monthly rental plans, here are few websites we don’t offer in this plan: sites with eCommerce/shopping features, portal sites, blog development, membership websites and other sites that require lengthy upfront development

– Are domain name and website hosting services included in the monthly fee?

Yes. we will register a domain name and set-up your hosting account for your website.

– What if I already have a domain or web hosting account?

If you have a domain, that’s good. We will guide you about how you can redirect the domain to visit your website. For website hosting, you’ll have to stick with our web hosting services for at least two years.

– Do you offer any discount?

Yes, we offer discounts on annual payments. If you would like to pay for 12 months at once, you’ll get 2 months for free. This way, you will be making a payment for 10 months (instead of 12 months).
